Sustainable agriculture

At the heart of our commitment to sustainable agriculture, our farm embodies a balanced approach, where 50% of our land is dedicated to organic farming and the remaining 50% to sustainable agriculture. This combination allows us to cultivate the land with a long-term vision, preserving its fertility while producing quality harvests.

Our secret lies in our crop rotation strategy. We pay careful attention to the selection of complementary crops that improve the quality of our soil and minimize the risk of disease. Legumes play a key role in our rotations, fixing nitrogen in the soil and reducing our dependence on fertilizers.

In our quest for sustainability, we have chosen to eliminate chemical inputs as much as possible. Our farm is distinguished by untreated seeds, promoting natural growth of crops and reducing the environmental impact.

We are proud to proclaim that our farm has banned the use of glyphosate, demonstrating our commitment to agricultural practices that respect biodiversity and human health.

Additionally, our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum level. We work in a short circuit model and constantly strive to optimize our processes to reduce our impact on the environment.

For us, sustainable agriculture is not just a concept, it is our way of life. This is the promise we make for future generations, to preserve the earth while continuing to provide quality products. We are proud to be custodians of this vision of sustainability, where every seed planted reflects our commitment to a greener future.
